Senior Solution Architect

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, cloud-native architectures, leveraging AI/GenAI capabilities, and ensuring best practices in security, cost optimization, and performance. Your role will also involve driving AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives, guiding engineering teams on best practices, and presenting complex technical solutions to C-suite executives, stakeholders, and clients. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between technical teams and business leadership to align technology with business goals, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards, and driving innovation across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable, cloud-native architectures, leveraging AI/GenAI capabilities - Architect and deploy solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring best practices in security, cost optimization, and performance - Drive AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives, integrating them into enterprise applications for business impact - Guide engineering teams on best practices in Java, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native development - Present complex technical solutions in a clear, compelling manner to C-suite executives, stakeholders, and clients - Act as a bridge between technical teams and business leadership to align technology with business goals - Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in AI and cloud-based deployments - Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, cloud computing, and enterprise technology, driving innovation across the organization Qualification Required: - 12-17 years of experience in solution architecture, cloud computing, and software development - Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and API design - Strong experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with multi-cloud strategies - Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI models (LLMs, GPT, etc.), and AI-powered applications - Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) - Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite executives, business leaders, and technical teams - Exceptional communication skills with an executive presence to represent the organization at key forums - Experience in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives About GlobalLogic: GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is a trusted digital engineering partner known for engineering impact for and with clients around the world.
