Job Description

Responsible for strategizing technical implementations and building domain-specific solutions.
Contribute to technical innovation and technical excellence in the responsible domain (Financial Services) for Business
Provides leadership in maintaining consistency as per organization-wide technology standards and guidelines.
Proactively assess risks for technical delivery milestones and act appropriately with mitigations and contingencies.
Provide support to teams delivering their goals while promoting their responsibility and authority to deal with their own matters.
Enable teams to implement continuous improvements, data transparency, efficiency and maturity (promote analysis using team dashboards and retrospectives). Enable individuals and teams technical growth.
Act as enabler, facilitator, and coach.
Actively collaborate with Product Owner, Technical PDOs in market & Business teams for analysing solutions.
Staff the product teams and prepare them for the project Kick-off.
Work closely with Unit head and Evaluate new product opportunities with stakeholders, discuss them within the Unit and Organisation.
Manage expectations and communicate clearly with all stakeholders and team members based on data and sound arguments.
Protect the organisation s culture, values and mindset.

What should you bring along

13-16 years of experience as a Architect in IT Industry
Expertise in the domain of Financial Services.
Hands-on expertise in multiple technology stacks including but not limited to .NET, SQL, Java/J2EE, Microsoft Power Platform, related front-end technologies.
Expertise in leveraging technology for dashboard creation/development and reporting.
Expertise in Cloud Technologies, Automation, Testing, APIs.
Expertise in creating as well as in critically reviewing enterprise solution architecture.
Able to deep dive into technology solutions at all levels as necessary.
Expertise in disseminating technical knowledge to audience at various levels.
Ability to make complex things simpler.

Must have technical skill

Multiple technology stacks including but not limited to .Net, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Github, Jenkin, Jira, Eclipse IDE, Angular and related front-end technologies,.
Expertise in Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure), Infra as Code (IAC).
Proficient in the use of ITSM tools and processes, with a strong grasp of ITIL principles
Expertise in the domain of Financial Services.

Good to have Technical skills

Skills - PowerBI / Tableau ,APIs, Documentum, Java/J2EE
Operations Support Experience, ITIL Certification
Presentation skills (for senior management / clients)
Data analysis tools and techniques
