What awaits you/ Job Profile

Evaluate and integrate Java and cloud technologies, tools, and frameworks for both client-side and server-side applications.
Translate business requirements into technical architectures and solutions, lead implementation teams, and provide architectural leadership.
Offer in-depth knowledge of transformation processes for application modernization, including best practices and technologies like cloud, cloud-native, Java, microservices, and REST.
Provide leadership in innovation while maintaining consistency with organization-wide technology standards and guidelines.
Mentor and coach team members on technology stacks like automation, Java, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Python, Quick Sight, test management, and best practices.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Java, automation, and cloud-related fields, including AI solutions and emerging technologies.
Enable teams to implement continuous improvements and efficiency.
Proactively assess risks for technical delivery milestones and act with appropriate mitigations and contingencies.
Foster technical growth for individuals and teams, promoting engineering excellence.
Act as an enabler, facilitator, and coach, actively collaborating with cross-functional units.
Steer technology strategy and foster innovation, demonstrating strategic thinking and action.

What should you bring along

Minimum of 13-15 years of experience in software development, design, and architecture.
Strong experience with backend (Java, Python), frontend (Angular, React), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Proficiency in database management (Oracle, PostgreSQL), data analytics (Quick Sight), automation, and cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience in cloud computing (AWS) and deploying applications in cloud environments.
Expertise in API development and integration, testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, JMeter), and test automation.
Familiarity with best practices in the automotive industry.
Creative and innovative, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Experience in large-scale application migration and emerging AI-based technologies and solutions.

Must have technical skill

Minimum of 8-10 years as an architect with strong experience in backend, frontend, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
Extensive experience in DevOps, including Dev-Sec-Ops, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git-Ops, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Argo CD, and infrastructure automation (IAC, Terraform).
Strong experience in microservices architectural patterns and distributed system paradigms.
Extensive experience in security protocols and practices, including OAuth2.0, OIDC, authentication and authorization, and web application security.
Proficient in design approaches such as Domain Driven Design (DDD), system design, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
Expertise in database design and management, covering both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Good to have technical skills
