Senior Software Test Automation Engineer

As a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer in this project containing Web and Desktop applications built on .NET and Java, deployed on Azure cloud with microservices architecture, your responsibilities will include: - Testing end-to-end application components, software tools, and utilities through manual and automated test cases - Leading QA activities such as release planning, mentoring junior QA resources, and monitoring QA health - Implementing automation frameworks and strategies for Cloud Infrastructure and API Testing - Participating in product testing in Agile environment and implementing continuous testing in CI/CD pipeline - Writing and executing automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Protractor, RestSharp, and Postman - Identifying potential risks, creating test data, and logging/tracking defects - Collaborating in design and code reviews, creating test cases from design/user stories - Ensuring release signoff based on automation test cases passing Your qualifications should include: - 8-10 years of total software testing experience with 5 years in UI and API test automation - Proficiency in C# with BDD and TDD test frameworks - Experience in automating functional test cases and using UI/API test automation tools - Knowledge of API authentication, client-server architecture, and test case identification - Familiarity with tools like Azure Devops for test management and continuous testing as part of CI/CD pipeline You will be working at a T3 job level and will be expected to contribute to test planning & design, test execution, reporting, and risk management in a collaborative Agile environment.
