Job Description

Job Title Senior Software Technologist I - Android Analytics

Job Description

Your role:
Strong experience in working on mobile/web analytics tools - Adobe Analytics or Amplitude preferred. Knowledge on implementation of end-to-end analytics lifecycle for the businesses such as questionnaire to business, BRD creation, variable mapping, Data Capture Plan creation, report suite setup and configuration, custom implementation Pre and post production validation and debugging of tags strongly preferred (Tools: Fiddler/Charles) Fair understanding on the KPIs and metrics Experience in creating/updating processing rules Youre the right fit if:

Exposure towards Android SDK

Knowledge of web services and serialization techniques like REST, SOAP, XML, JSON & framing

Strong penchant for Object Oriented Design and CS fundamentals

Experience of working with version control, bug tracking, continuous integration and other productivity enhancement software like TFS, Bugzilla, Jira etc.

Understanding of Android design patterns, memory management, file I/O, concurrency, and multithreading.

Knowledge of working with network & battery optimizations, APIs, external libs, sdks, Analytics, UI, visualizations & animations

Preferred knowledge on Connectivity, Bluetooth protocols/ BLE.

Minimum required Education:
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum required Experience:
Overall 12+ years of experience on Android Java-based mobile applications and systems development

Minimum 6 months mandatory hand on experience in Kotlin and Strong command on Android Java.

At least 5 years of experience in using mobile analytics tools.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company s main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations. this role is an office role.
