Looking for a Senior Software Team Lead with strong hands-on experience in Java, JSP, MySQL (including complex queries & procedures) and working knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), Maven Projects (JAR/WAR deployment).
Will be responsible for leading tasks, understanding project requirements, and mentoring junior developers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
1. Develop and maintain applications using Java, JSP, and MySQL
2. Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts3. Manage and deploy Maven-based projects (JAR/WAR creation & deployment)4. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins5. Use GitHub for version control and code collaboration6. Understand project and task requirements from functional specifications7. Lead task assignments and review deliverables of junior team members8. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices9. Participate in code reviews and troubleshooting sessions10. Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Project Management teams11. Provide timely updates on task progress and escalate risks
