Role : Collaboration AI - Product Owner

Location : Chennai,

JD:

Key Responsibilities

Act as the product owner for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related AI collaboration tools.
Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
Lead governance efforts, including evaluating monthly feature releases, determining enablement or disablement strategies, and communicating changes to the business.
Partner with business units to identify use cases, gather requirements, and guide the creation of Copilot Studio agents or escalation to Azure AI when appropriate.
Provide strategic guidance on when to use SharePoint Copilot versus Copilot Studio or Azure AI, ensuring the right tool is used for the right scenario.
Monitor usage metrics to track adoption, identify underutilized licenses, and implement license reclamation strategies.
Enable and support business users in agent creation, offering best practices and hands-on support for Copilot Studio development.
Stay current on Microsofts AI roadmap and proactively assess opportunities to enhance digital workplace productivity.
Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI usage and alignment with enterprise policies.
