You'll develop and enhance software solutions using C++, JavaScript, and UI/UX skills, collaborating with your team to solve complex problems and deliver impactful projects. How you'll Make an Impact The candidate should possess proficiency in C++, JavaScript, and UI/UX skills, with a strong emphasis on JavaScript expertise. Familiarity with React or Angular is a plus. Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices Ability to takes ownership of small and medium sized tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members Identifies misalignments with goals, objectives, and work direction against the organizational strategy. Makes suggestions to course correct Continuously measures deliverables of self and team against scheduled commitments. Effectively balances different, competing objectives What You Bring Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Science. 5+ years experience with JavaScript and JS frameworks. Proficient in C++ and user interface design; basic SQL knowledge desirable. Skilled in writing clean, maintainable code and using versioning tools (eg, Git). Superb communication skills; fluent in English; willing to travel. Solid understanding of development environments and technology stacks. (Preferred) Experience with JIRA, IIS, Windows/Unix/Linux programming, React/Angular, software architecture, automated testing, Agile/SCRUM, energy domain projects, and UI/UX.
