Job Description: Full Stack Developer Location: Chennai BCT COE-Thooraipakkam Type: Full Time Experience Level: Senior (2-12years) Mandatory Skills: Java, Springboot, React React or ReactJS 3months or 5 months is mandatory About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on building high-performance, scalable applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience, and optimizing backend processes. Qualification: B. E / B. Tech / BCA / MCA / MSc / MS in Information Technology or Computer Science or Software Engineering or Software systems or ECE. Required Skills: Proven Experience: 1.5 Years - 12years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Back-end Development: Extensive experience with Spring Boot for building scalable and secure back-end applications. API Expertise: Proficient in developing, integrating, and managing RESTful APIs. JasperReports: Strong experience in report generation and integration with web applications using JasperReports. Version Control: Proficiency in Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration in a team setting. Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL databases, with experience in data modeling, query optimization, and data migration. Front-end Frameworks: Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and tools - React.js. Responsive Design: Strong knowledge of responsive web design and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI). Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and debugging skills to troubleshoot complex technical challenges. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members. Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum.
