Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable frontend and backend components using ReactJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB Create responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and modern JS libraries Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend logic using Node.js Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers Contribute to architectural decisions and backend logic using Python for data handling or scripting tasks Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability Participate in code reviews and team meetings, bringing a learning mindset Required Skills: Proficiency in ReactJS and component-based frontend development Experience with NodeJS and ExpressJS Hands-on with MongoDB and understanding of NoSQL databases Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles Basic exposure to Python scripting and its integration in backend workflows Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON Version control with Git Good to Have: Exposure to AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) or other cloud platforms Basic knowledge of Linux commands and server configuration Familiarity with setting up SSL certificates, Nginx, or Apache server environments Awareness of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps fundamentals Important: We are ONLY looking for candidates who are serious about growing with a startup — learning fast, taking responsibility, and being part of our long-term vision.
