Vintyaa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. specializes in automation and AI-driven software solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Our platforms streamline document processing, stockist operations, secondary sales reporting, compliance workflows, and operational efficiency across pharma supply chains.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive with strong understanding of the pharmaceutical domain and practical experience in selling software or digital solutions to pharma companies. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting product value propositions, managing sales cycles, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research pharmaceutical companies across India for business development.
  • Generate leads through networking, industry directories, LinkedIn outreach, field visits, and referrals.
  • Conduct meetings and product demos with decision makers (e.g., Sales Heads, SCM Heads, IT team, HO operations).
  • Understand client workflows and propose the right Vintyaa automation solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and drive deals to closure.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for onboarding, implementation, and post-sales support.
  • Maintain CRM records, pipeline tracking, and weekly sales reporting.
  • Represent Vintyaa at industry events, pharma trade shows, and professional networking forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in

    pharmaceutical sales

    or

    pharma software / ERP / automation sales

    .
  • Strong understanding of pharma workflows (Sales, Secondary Statements, Stockists, Incentives, Schemes, Documentation, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain software products in simple business terms.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with travel within India.

Preferred Attributes

  • Existing network in pharmaceutical companies (Cipla, Emcure, Zuventus, Zydus, Alkem, Lupin, Dr. Reddys, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable with field visits, client demos, and follow-ups.
  • Ability to understand and map client requirements to product features.
