Senior Software Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:

  Lead, mentor, and scale a team of engineers. Conduct code reviews, define coding standards, and oversee technical planning to ensure timely delivery.

• Core Development:

  Architect and develop high-performance, asynchronous microservices using

  Python

  and

  FastAPI

  .

• Cloud Architecture:

  Design and maintain scalable cloud-native infrastructure on

  Azure

  .

• Ownership:

  Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from architectural design decisions to deployment and monitoring.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Proactively identify technical debt and performance bottlenecks. Independently research and implement new tools or patterns to optimize system efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  5+ years in software engineering with significant experience leading technical teams.

• Tech Stack:

  Expert-level proficiency in

  Python

  (AsyncIO) and

  FastAPI

  . Deep understanding of Pydantic and dependency injection.

• Cloud Expertise:

  Strong hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Azure

  services and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).

• Database:

  Proficient in designing schemas for both Relational (PostgreSQL/SQL) and NoSQL databases.

• Mindset:

  A self-driven learner who stays current with the evolving Python ecosystem without needing external direction.
