You should have 5-6 years of experience in Software Development with at least the recent 3 years focused on NMS or Telecom Domain. Your expertise should include strong experience in Development within NMS/EMS Telecom Domain, along with a sound understanding of OSS/NMS related standards and Telecom Technologies. You should also be familiar with Network Management Concepts such as Inventory Management, Fault Management, Performance Management, and Configuration Management. Your experience should cover Network Management Protocols like SNMP, XML, REST/JSON, TL1, and ASCII. Proficiency in Programming Concepts, Data Structures, and Algorithms is essential. Good Communication Skills are a must along with experience in Software Development Life Cycle. Additionally, knowledge of Python Programming would be an added advantage.
