Team Lead/Associate Software Architect - ITSM

We are currently looking for a Team Lead/associated software architect for Software Development. In this role, you will lead a team of skilled developers to deliver our next-gen products using a technical stack that includes Python 3.x, Django, Angular 14+, Mongo DB, RabbitMQ, Celery, Redis, Websockets, and an understanding of Cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. As a Team Lead, your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentoring, leading software design/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards, defining development specifications, identifying areas for growth and improvement in software development, collaborating with other stakeholders, supporting department capacity planning, and making important decisions to ensure successful implementation of all efforts. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, more than 3 years of experience as a team lead and 5 years of experience in software development, a strong understanding of software development principles, deep knowledge and experience in Python, Django, Angular, excellent database skills in Mongo DB, experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, familiarity with Linux, Nginx, Gunicorn, experience building and consuming RESTful API web services, experience working with Azure Tools/Services and CI/CD Pipelines, and strong communication skills.
