In this role, as a Senior Software Developer, you will assume a pivotal position in conceptualizing, executing, and upholding robust and scalable software solutions. Location: Bengaluru (On-site) Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance and scalable software solutions using Python. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to delineate, create, and deploy new features. - Innovate and refine AI-based solutions for addressing customer issues. - Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure code quality, compliance with coding standards, and implementation of best practices. - Advocate for and implement best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. - Formulate and uphold comprehensive technical documentation for software architecture, design, and implementation. - Enhance software for optimal speed and scalability, ensuring peak performance. - Identify and tackle bottlenecks and performance challenges. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Engage in architectural decisions and contribute to the overarching technical roadmap. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. - Over 4 years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Software Developer focusing on Python development. - Profound proficiency in Python and related frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.). - Extensive exposure to database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. - Sound comprehension of software development methodologies and best practices. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is advantageous. - Acquaintance with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/deployment pipelines. - Exceptional problem-solving and debugging acumen. - Strong communication and collaboration aptitude.,
