Key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable backend systems, optimizing system performance and reliability, and mentoring junior engineers. What Do You Need To Bring: - Over 5 years of backend development experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. - Proficiency in the Python programming language. - Advanced proficiency in backend development utilizing Python frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Experience in designing and implementing RESTful services with a focus on scalability and reliability using Python. - Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and engage in design discussions. - Understanding of algorithmic techniques, design patterns, and strong knowledge of database design, including SQL and NoSQL databases, along with experience in ORM tools.
