Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing enterprise applications using PHP with hands-on experience in Docker or Kubernetes. Additionally, you will work with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL and PHP frameworks like Symfony or Laminas (Zend). Your role will involve building modern, responsive, and interactive web UIs following HTML, CSS, and JavaScript best practices. You should have good knowledge in AWS, MVC frameworks, and server technologies like Apache or Nginx. Key Responsibilities: - Develop responsive user interfaces for web browsers and mobile platforms based on RESTful APIs - Write code that is simple and easily understandable by all team members - Review peers" code to improve software quality and promote good programming practices - Write automated unit tests for all relevant platforms and devices - Mentor Associate and Software Engineers on product, process, and Engineering best practices Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of experience in PHP development - Hands-on experience with Docker for 1 year - Experience with Symfony or Zend framework for 1 year - Knowledge of PHP unit testing framework - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile Development practices Company Details: The company is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and the work location is in person.,
