Senior Software Engineer (Performance Engineer)

Experience: 5-10 Years

Essential: Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

We are seeking a performance-focused Senior Developer with deep expertise in .NET and MSSQL technologies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, capable of optimizing systems and collaborating effectively across teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

- Design and optimize relational databases (MSSQL) with a focus on performance.
- Implement and manage DB objects: indexes, stored procedures, triggers, views, CTEs. - Analyze and improve query execution plans and performance metrics. - Develop robust applications using C#/VB.Net with strong OOP principles. - Apply multi-threading, LINQ, TPL, and ASP.Net for efficient processing. - Contribute to microservices architecture and apply SOLID principles. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

- MSSQL: DB design, normalization/de-normalization, performance tuning.
- .NET: C#/VB.Net, OOP, multi-threading, LINQ, TPL, ASP.Net. - Query optimization and execution plan analysis. - Exposure to microservices and SOLID principles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in team environments. - Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
