Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining the Customer Decision Hub (CDH) team at Pega, which is responsible for personalizing billions of interactions for some of the world's largest organizations. As a Senior Software Engineer on the CDH product team, you will design, implement, and validate new features using Pega Infinity. Your role will involve collaborating with a passionate team to deliver high-quality features efficiently, contributing to end-to-end design and development, taking ownership of development activities, understanding and addressing customer needs, identifying enhancements to Pega Infinity, and actively participating in Agile/Scrum processes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with a passionate, talented, and fun-loving team to deliver high-quality features with efficiency. - Contribute to the end-to-end design and development and testing of technical and functional requirements for CDH features. - Take ownership of development activities, adhering to best practices and delivering on commitments without schedule variance. - Go beyond documented requirements to understand and address customer needs. - Identify enhancements to Pega Infinity and develop use cases to support prioritization. - Stay on track with assigned tasks and provide regular updates on progress and blockers. - Actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes, offering continuous feedback and driving process improvements. - Innovate by proposing and implementing solutions to development challenges. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - 4-6 years of hands-on experience in analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of Pega applications. - Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) with expertise in Case Management, Integration, Background Processing, Integrations, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Activities, Data Transforms, Data Pages, and other Pega Infinity Rules. - Experience in Automation tools like Selenium/Cucumber/Playwright. - Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and drive results. - Proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum environments and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with stakeholders.,
