Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Developer/Team Lead at Odysseus Solutions in Miami, you will be an integral part of the Cruise Team in Anand. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including designing and building scalable applications while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver critical business solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment. - Design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API. - Implement front-end functionality with JavaScript, jQuery, and XSLT. - Design and optimize SQL databases for performance and scalability. - Develop and maintain microservices, integrating with third-party APIs (REST/SOAP). - Utilize Elasticsearch, Loggly, and Redis for search, monitoring, and caching solutions. - Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and Support teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery. - Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices and coding standards. Qualification Required: - Strong experience in ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API. - Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and XSLT. - Hands-on experience with SQL database design and optimization. - Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations (REST/SOAP). - Experience with Elasticsearch, Loggly, and Redis. - Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities. - Prior experience mentoring teams or leading projects is preferred.,
