Senior Software Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Web APIs using .NET Core and .NET 8.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications in development and production environments.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advocate for their appropriate use.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience with

  .NET Core (3.1 and above), .NET 8

  ,

  Web API

  development and

  third party API integration.

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core and LINQ.
• Experience with Razor View Pages.
• Experience with JavaScript,Jquery,XML,JSON and Bootstrap.
• Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns (e.g., Repository, Dependency Injection, etc.), and SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms like

  Azure

• Exposure to microservices architecture.
