Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement secure, high-performing cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, and Databricks.
Build data processing pipelines leveraging AWS/Azure, Airbyte, and Databricks.
Design and manage API ecosystems around FHIR data stores (e.g., Firely, AWS HealthLake).
Write efficient PySpark, Python, and SQL code for client and internal requirements.
Deploy code using CI/CD frameworks and ensure best practices in software development.
Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
Optimize performance and cost of data workflows.
Mentor team members and drive technical excellence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
5+ years of commercial software development experience.
3+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
2+ years of experience with FHIR standards and databases.
2+ years of building ETL pipelines at scale using Spark/PySpark and Databricks.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other OOP languages.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
