Senior Software Engineer

MERN Stack Developer Exp 6+ years Location: Onsite at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab, India Roles and Responsibilities Design and development of complex web applications using the MERN stack which includes MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features, Maintain code integrity and organization, Implement responsive web design principles to ensure that our companys products render well across multiple devices, Manage development processes and procedures, Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, Troubleshoot and debug application code to improve user experience, Assist in the design and development of software applications, Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers, Maintain proper documentation to ensure project and support continuity, Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, Professional experience with full-stack development using MERN stack, Proficiency in JavaScript and modern libraries and frameworks, especially ReactJS, Experience in server management and building RESTful APIs with Express and NodeJS, Hands-on experience using MongoDB or any other NoSQL databases, Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, Excellent understanding of data structures and algorithms, Good communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment, Experience in Agile development methodologies, Key Responsibilities Developing user-facing applications using ReactJS with accurate and efficient coding standards, Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code, Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers, Integrating back-end services with NodeJS routes and database queries on MongoDB, Maintain consistency across both front-end and back-end architecture, Implement security and data protection protocols, Engage in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and release, Provide post-launch support and improvements based on feedback and performance analysis, Ensure feasibility of UI/UX designs in collaboration with the design team,
