User Experience Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Innow8 Apps, located in Mohali district, you will play a crucial role in gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. You will be responsible for illustrating design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, as well as designing graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgets. Your role will involve building page navigation buttons, search fields, and developing UI mockups and prototypes to clearly demonstrate the functionality and appearance of websites. In this position, you will create original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables, and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. You will be expected to identify and troubleshoot UX problems, ensuring responsiveness and conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback. As a UI/UX Designer, you must adhere to style standards related to fonts, colors, and images, demonstrating your proficiency in Design Thinking, Visual Design, and Prototyping skills. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, along with a portfolio of design projects. You should possess knowledge of wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc and InVision, as well as a strong understanding of user-centric design principles. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma is essential, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is key. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, and a BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field would be advantageous for this position.,
