Job Description

We are seeking a senior full stack engineer who has hands on in design, architect, and deliver enterprise grade web applications on the Microsoft stack. The role we are looking for .NET engineering, modern front end development (Angular/React), secure-by-design practices, and responsibilities across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the technical strategy, guardrails, and standards across services and UI layers.
Build and maintain applications using .NET (Framework/Core), C#, ASP.NET (Web Forms/MVC), Web API, and microservices.
Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs; define, develop, and maintain web service contracts.
Implement data access with Entity Framework and optimize SQL Server (stored procedures, functions, indexing, and query tuning).
Develop responsive front ends with Angular (v2+), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/Bootstrap/Preprocessors (LESS/SASS).
Apply secure coding practices with a shift left mindset; champion TDD, code reviews, and rigorous quality gates.
Use AI assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve developer productivity and code quality.
Set up and maintain CI/CD using Azure DevOps; coordinate team build/deploy/release activities.
Drive cloud first designs and delivery in Azure (preferred) or AWS; leverage PaaS/services where appropriate.
Collaborate with product, UX, and cross functional stakeholders to collect requirements and shape product strategy.

Core Technical Skills

.NET Framework 4.5+ and .NET 6.0+ (C#, ASP.NET Web Forms/MVC), Web API, and microservices
Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server (stored procedures, functions, indexing, performance tuning)
JavaScript/TypeScript; Angular 2+; HTML5; CSS, Bootstrap; preprocessors (LESS/SASS)
Secure coding practices, OWASP awareness, and unit/integration testing; Test Driven Development (TDD) experience
Cloud: Azure (preferred); designing and delivering cloud native services
Distributed systems concepts; enterprise wide system integration and scalability
System architecture design and feasibility trade offs; API design and lifecycle management
Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, version control, build/release automation
AI assisted development (e.g., GitHub Copilot) within Visual Studio

Qualifications

Professional experience: 6-8 years in .NET full stack development (including recent .NET Core/.NET 6+).
Strong OO design, design patterns, UML, and SDLC best practices (coding standards, reviews, source control, testing, operations).
Hands on experience with Agile/Scrum (2-3+ years).
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across functions and leadership levels.

Preferred / Good to Have

Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience designing or evolving microservices architectures at scale.
Exposure to distributed computing patterns and event driven architectures.
Experience with unit testing frameworks and broader automation practices.
Familiarity with data governance, security standards, and master data management concepts.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of formal education - Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology.

Professional work experience of 6 to 8 years.
