Senior Software Engineer I

As a Java developer, you should possess a strong understanding of object-oriented design and software development principles. Your experience should include building distributed, service-oriented, micro-service-style, and cloud-based solutions using Java Spring Boot. You should be well-versed in industry-standard SDLC models, particularly Agile methodology. A solid grasp of relational database and NoSQL database concepts is essential for this role. Previous experience with MS SQL Server or NoSQL databases, as well as familiarity with Spring Platform components such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, and Spring Cloud, is required. Additionally, proficiency in Cloud Native Development on platforms like Pivotal Cloud Foundry and working with microservices is necessary. Your responsibilities will involve developing Web Services like REST API, SOAP, WSDL, and XML, along with continuous integration using tools like Jenkins CI. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and experience in architecting and implementing apps using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud are crucial. You will also be involved in continuous delivery process refinement and utilizing tools such as Jenkins.
