Job Description

Role Overview: As a software engineer at Google, you will be developing next-generation technologies that impact billions of users worldwide. You will work on critical projects that require expertise in various areas such as information retrieval, distributed computing, system design, networking, security, artificial intelligence, UI design, and more. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying updated with the latest technologies to tackle new challenges across the full-stack. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Guided Support Experience (GSE) partners to analyze user behavior and customize the GSE platform for different product verticals. - Optimize GSE across the self-help journey touchpoints to enhance user engagement. - Work closely with product, operations, and other teams to ensure the success of GSE in the respective product area. - Contribute to enhancing code health, data hygiene, and overall system reliability. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages. - Experience with Generative AI or ML platforms is preferred. - Familiarity with prompt engineering, optimization, and integrating new Frontend/Backend frameworks for AI-based app development. - Ability to interpret data metrics, solve problems, and demonstrate a passion for consumer products, customer support, and next-gen technologies.,
