Senior Software Engineer - Frontend

As a Senior Software Engineer at Zignuts Technolab, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex, scalable, and high-performing frontend applications using React, Next.js, and other modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. Your expertise in frontend development will be utilized to lead architectural decisions, ensure code quality standards, and drive performance optimizations. In addition to writing high-quality code, you will also mentor junior/mid developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the adoption of frontend best practices across projects. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with clients, product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. You will report directly to the CTO, making high-impact decisions, guiding junior/mid developers, and evaluating new tools to improve development workflows. Your role will involve owning key project deliverables, ensuring timely, high-quality output aligned with business goals, and contributing to reusable component libraries and best practices documentation. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a minimum of 3 years working with React.js. Your strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend tooling, along with deep expertise in Next.js, will be essential. Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, web accessibility, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend performance optimization is required. Familiarity with testing tools, Git, CI/CD pipelines, design systems, and Agile/Scrum environments will be beneficial.
