• Responsible for understanding functional and business requirements and translate them into effective code
• Provide support till deployment of code into production
• Ownership for ensuring code optimization, problem diagnosis and on time delivery
• Implement solutions as per the pre-defined framework /guidelines and adherence to processes
• Learn and update self with the leading practices of the technologies in play

• Commanding grasp of React Native, HTML 5, CSS, ES6 and related web technologies
• Knowledge developing cross platform/browser compatible production ready solutions
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and tooling
• Expert knowledge of client-side MVC web frameworks, such as React Native, React Js
• Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SAAS, LESS
• A creative and resourceful problem-solver
• Find and answer performance issues
