Role: Senior Software Engineer

Duration: Contract

Location: Remote

The role is 100% remote and can be anywhere in India. Senior Software Engineer or a strong Software Engineer will fit the role.

Scope of Work:

• Enhancing the Music Recognition Stack:
• Improve and extend our existing audio fingerprinting and matching systems.
• Implement architectural modifications to support new business requirements and partner integrations.
• Optimize performance for largescale ingestion and retrieval of music metadata.
• Data Ingestion & Processing Pipelines:
• Work on ingestion of large daily music catalog updates (millions of tracks) from multiple licensors.
• Collaborate with DevOps to maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines for ingestion jobs.
• API & Service Development:
• Contribute to backend services and APIs that expose music search and recognition functionality to internal and external clients.
• Ensure high availability, low latency, and scalability across global deployments.
• Tech Stack & Tools:
• Languages: Python, Bash, SQL, C++
• Infrastructure: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud environments
• Databases: MySQL, distributed storage systems
• Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
