Job Details:

Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in .NET full stack development, including ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

• Project Management:

• Proven experience in managing complex software development projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Experience in Agile project execution, including Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.

• Client Communication and Leadership:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 7+ years of total experience and minimum of 3+ years into ReactJs and .NET full stack development.

Preferred candidates with these skills

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

Master's degree preferred.
