Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of OCR, NLP, backend services, and cloud infrastructure. The role demands deep hands-on Python expertise, strong AI/ML integration experience, and the ability to manage production-grade systems on Google Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage OCR and document-processing pipelines end-to-end
Improve OCR accuracy, performance, and system reliability
Deploy and optimize NLP and LLM-based pipelines in production
Build, maintain, and optimize backend APIs and microservices
Architect, deploy, and manage GCP compute environments and services
Handle deployments, monitoring, scaling, security, and system upgrades

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Python backend development and system ownership
Strong hands-on experience with OCR, NLP, and AI/ML pipelines
Proven expertise in GCP infrastructure and Linux system administration
Experience running ML workloads on GPU environments
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
