Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Developer with expertise in LangGraph, LangChain, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, integrating, and scaling Generative AI and ML-based applications
This role requires a blend of strong programming skills, applied ML knowledge, and experience with modern AI frameworks
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI applications using TensorFlow and PyTorch
Build Generative AI pipelines leveraging LangGraph and LangChain
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and conversational AI solutions
Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for production use
Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to integrate AI into real-world applications
Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code for ML pipelines and services
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI/ML systems
Stay up to date with latest ML/AI research, frameworks, and tools
Mandatory Skills Proficiency in Python for ML and AI application development
Hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain for GenAI workflows
Strong expertise in TensorFlow and PyTorch for deep learning model development
Understanding of transformer-based architectures, embeddings, and fine-tuning
Knowledge of API development and deployment for ML models
Experience in building end-to-end ML workflows (data preprocessing, training, evaluation, deployment)
Good-to-Have Skills Familiarity with MLOps tools (LangServe, Langfuse, MLflow, Kubeflow)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
