As part of its ongoing growth and commitment to technological advancement, the organization is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - Matillion ETL in Noida to join its dynamic IT team. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement BI projects in a large-scale enterprise data warehouse environment, ensuring seamless data integration. Develop and review ETL programs using Matillion, Python, and SQL, ensuring high-quality and efficient data processing. Conduct technical reviews, data validation, and end-to-end testing of ETL objects. Perform source data analysis and data profiling to optimize data models. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with architects and technical teams to deliver robust solutions. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for data models and ETL workflows. Provide support for ETL performance tuning, debugging, and optimization. Skills Required: 6+ years of experience in designing and implementing BI projects in a large-scale enterprise data warehouse environment. At least 4 successful implementations of Matillion ETL. Strong hands-on experience with Matillion, Python, and SQL. Expertise in data validation, source data analysis, and data profiling. Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
