Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage enterprise application support and ensure the smooth operation of systems. Participate in major support projects and contribute to their successful execution. Oversee a large team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Manage and optimize database environments, ensuring reliability and performance. Work with SAP systems and ensure effective integration and support. Drive automation efforts to improve efficiency and streamline processes. Utilize monitoring and management tools to ensure system health and performance. Assist in disaster recovery planning and ensure recovery procedures are tested and effective. Requirements: Experience: 10+ years of experience in managing enterprise applications and IT systems. Proven experience in support projects and team management . Technical Skills: Experience working with Oracle and HANA DB . Knowledge of ECC and SAP landscape systems . Familiarity with LAMA and automation tools . Understanding of Solman and system automation. Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in handling large teams (20+ members). Customer-Facing Skills: Experience in customer-facing roles , working closely with stakeholders. Disaster Recovery: Experience in DR setups and drills .
