Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Oracle Process Cloud at Americana Restaurants International PLC, you will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions to enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes. Your key focus will be on collaborating with finance teams and technical stakeholders to deliver efficient applications that drive decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy Oracle PCS workflows to automate business processes. - Build and maintain database objects, procedures, functions, and packages in Oracle PL/SQL for PCS/OIC integrations. - Gather requirements from business and functional teams and translate them into PCS process flows and human tasks. - Integrate PCS solutions with Oracle SaaS applications (Fusion HCM, Finance, SCM) and other enterprise systems using OIC integrations. - Develop custom UI forms with Oracle VBCS to support process workflows. - Optimize SQL queries and ensure efficient database interaction for process execution. - Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing PCS and PL/SQL components for better performance and reliability. - Ensure adherence to security, governance, and integration standards in all PCS and PL/SQL implementations. - Support UAT, production rollout, and post-go-live enhancements. - Create technical design documents, deployment guides, and user documentation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PCS development and workflow automation. - Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL including procedures, functions, triggers, packages, and performance tuning. - Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PCS, and VBCS. - Familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, XML, XSLT, and JavaScript. - Experience in Oracle SaaS integrations (ERP, HCM, SCM). - Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and process modeling best practices. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
