Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end
LLMs or foundation model solutions
aligned with business and customer needs.
Developing
prompt engineering
and
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
workflows.
Build and fine-tune agentic workflows, and AutoGen-based applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and implement
AI applications
that integrate into customer environments.
Building
chatbots
,
copilots
,
content generators, or automation agents
Using frameworks like
Autogen, OpenAI API, or Azure OpenAI Service
.
Implementing
guardrails
,
prompt optimization, and model orchestration
.
Integrate
vector databases and RAG-based applications
to enable knowledge-grounded AI solutions.
Optimize models for
performance
,
scalability
, and
cost-efficiency.
Contribute to solution architecture, model evaluation, and automation pipelines.

Required Skills:

4-7 years of experience in
AI/ML solutions
, including recent work with
Generative AI
models and frameworks.
Strong programming skills in
Python
(mandatory); exposure to
C#/.NET
is a plus.
Experience with
AutoGen, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers or similar AI agent frameworks
.
Good understanding of
ML algorithms, NLP, LLMs
, and prompt engineering.
Experience with
containerization, APIs, and cloud deployment
(Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Good to Have:
Experience working on
AI solutioning or customer-facing projects
.
Understanding of
enterprise integration and system design
.
Proficiency with
ML frameworks
such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
