We are currently seeking a Senior Software Developer , reporting directly to team based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. About the Job: Senior software developer support project lead (Managers) in understanding business requirements, align with org architecture and coding standard, code development, unit testing, security based understanding while coding, DevOps and Agile methodologies. Core Activities • Work with Product owners, business and data analysts (and occasionally with clients) to translate understand EPIC/Feature written into technical requirements ; evaluate development effort and complexity. • Design, develop, deploy and maintain responsive, scalable applications and services leveraging the full spectrum of front-end and back-end technologies and cutting-edge design patterns. • Deliver high-quality, well-tested code ; maintain code integrity and organization. • Guide the design and implementation of features, services and prototypes; Help to streamline how we deliver solutions to the business. About You: • Full-stack developer from front-end all the way to the deployment and scaling • Back-end developer including server (back-end) coding, SQL, data modelling, test driven development and general database knowledge • Service oriented development (micro services), system modelling and API design. • Using the following languages and frameworks (but not limited to) Angular, React, Java script, HTML/CSS, .Net Core, Docker, SQL/MongoDB/PostgreSQL and other technologies as identified. • Agile, lean philosophies and methods of design methodologies and user centred collaborative development Basic Knowledge of service design & design thinking principles, methodology and practice mindset Strong Interpersonal & team collaboration skills • may work in pairs to ensure high quality software and transfer of knowledge • team player; build software as a part of a mixed cross-functional team. • coach co-developers on technical issues • explain technical concept to business stakeholders simply Necessary communication & negotiation skills: • Adaptive behaviour in shifting context & settings • Structure information in a synthetic manner • Deliver clear and concise presentations • Be a change advocate by identifying areas of opportunity and proactively promoting improved solutions. • Support in solution negotiations with clients If interested, please share your CV to mehak.mehmood@technipenergies.com with below details : Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice Period:
