Job Description

Role & responsibilities Analyze and update existing code to improve accessibility and ensure compliance with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards . Develop and maintain high-quality, accessible user interfaces. Write and maintain unit tests to ensure reliability of new and updated code. Conduct code reviews with a focus on accessibility best practices. Maintain proper documentation of changes made for compliance tracking and audit purposes. REQUIRED SKILLS Hands on experience in software development with strong coding skills . Solid understanding of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility requirements. Experience with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience working with US Clients is an added advantage. DESIRED SKILLS Experience working into Java environment and Agile is an added advantage.
