Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining NTT DATA as a skilled and motivated Software Application Developer with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in the Talent Intelligence Hub, Succession, and Career Development modules. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain scalable HR technology solutions aligning with business objectives. Your role will require strong technical acumen, a collaborative mindset, and a dedication to enhancing employee experience through digital innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Design: Translate intricate business requirements into detailed system designs for SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub, Succession, and Career Development. Lead proof-of-concept efforts and develop architecture diagrams to validate technical solutions. - Configuration: Customize and configure SuccessFactors modules, including business rules, workflows, templates, and permissions. Ensure compliance and functional requirements are met through detailed technical specifications. - Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment processes. Develop integrations and scripts to streamline data exchange and enhance operational efficiency. - Test: Create and execute test cases, support user acceptance testing, and integration testing. Document thoroughly and ensure system reliability through review processes. - Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope and on time. Manage project documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to post-implementation activities. - Innovation: Continuously enhance internal methodologies, tools, and processes. Explore new technologies and SuccessFactors capabilities to improve system performance and user experience. Implement enhancements aligned with business goals. Qualifications Required: - Deep functional and technical knowledge of Talent Intelligence Hub, Succession, and Career Development modules. - Ability to quickly devise and execute solutions to challenges. - Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-functional teamwork. - Product-oriented experience for driving holistic business outcomes. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelors degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field. - Preferred relevant Agile certification. - Certification in scripting and programming languages.
