Position: Site Engineer Company: Sayaji Realty Pvt. Ltd. Location: Santacruz, Mumbai 1. To supervise construction work at all the stage 2. To co-ordinate with different contractors, agencies to maintain and improve speed of project work 3. To check on quality and accuracy of the work 4. To estimate quantities materials required at site 5. To check necessary R.A bills, cash bills, final bills as per the work stage 6. To check all rectification for structural as well as finishing work, check daily progress report, quantities of work completed, material consumed and labour cost. 7. To keep check on daily departmental labour. 8. To understand & ensure that construction work is executed as per the approved drawings and in line with GFC drawing issued from time to time. 9. To check reinforcement for RCC work and co-ordinate with RCC consultant during checking of RCC. Carry out immediate rectification/modification as suggested by RCC consultant. 10. To supervise centring work and concreting work for best results. 11. To attended the engineers meeting in absence of Project Manager/ Project Engineer 12. To discuss the problems in execution with Project Manager/Project Engineer and find suitable solutions. 13. To attended visitors and clients in absence of Project Manager/ Project Engineer 14. To communicate all relevant information with the junior staff and contractors 15. To get the maximum output from all junior staff & labourers 16. To guide safety pre-cautions to junior engineer and contractors employees. 17. To observe security arrangement at Site. 18. To guide store keeper for proper stocking of material and to keep proper records 19. To carry out periodical check of store dept. and see that it is well maintained. 20. To observe the cleanliness at all level 21. To collect the drawings from Architect / Consultant. 22. To carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time. 23. To check usage of material and minimise wastage. To Prepare MIS Reports on monthly basis. To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
