Role OverviewThe Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of science centre projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. This role requires technical expertise in civil, structural, and MEP works, along with strong project coordination skills to collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 4-6+ years of experience in construction project execution, site supervision, and infrastructure development. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, MEP systems, and safety protocols. Experience in managing multi-stakeholder coordination (architects, contractors, suppliers). Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools. Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and ensure quality standards are met. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications experience in setting up science centres, educational infrastructure, museums, or exhibition spaces.
