Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and M.Tech (Structures) Minimum 5 years experience is required Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Roles & Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site execution activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works. Monitor and control usage of construction materials as per approved specifications and standards. Implement appropriate repair techniques for distressed structural and non-structural components. Oversee retrofitting methodologies for strengthening and rehabilitation of RCC and masonry structures. Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and quality documentation.
