Senior Site Engineer

Job Title:

• We are looking for an experienced

  Senior Site Engineer

  to oversee and manage

  post-tensioning works

  and site execution activities in the

  Chennai region

  . The ideal candidate must have

  over 10 years of experience in site execution

  , with a strong background in

  post-tensioning systems

  used in commercial or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute post-tensioning works at project sites with full technical responsibility.
  
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth and timely site execution.
  
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
  
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards on-site.
  
• Provide technical support to resolve execution-related issues during construction.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project stakeholders regularly.
  
• Plan manpower, materials, and site logistics efficiently for smooth operations.
  
• Conduct inspections, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in

  site execution and post-tensioning

  works.
• Good understanding of PT systems, installation procedures, and safety practices.
  
• Ability to manage site teams and interact with clients and consultants professionally.
  
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
