Senior Simulation Engineer

Job Description As a Senior Simulation Engineer, your role will include providing customer support for the users of ANSYS software and related products in India. You will be responsible for assisting customers at various phases of using ANSYS products, from pre-sales activities to post-sales activities. This support will involve tasks such as training, hand-holding, mentoring, and problem resolution. In addition to technical support, you will also have the opportunity to work on strategic consulting projects. Key Responsibilities - Provide customer support for users of ANSYS software and related products - Assist customers at various stages of product usage, including pre-sales and post-sales activities - Conduct training sessions for customers - Offer mentoring and hand-holding support - Resolve customer problems effectively and efficiently - Work on strategic consulting projects Qualifications Required - Masters degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical) with specialization in finite element analysis, structural mechanics, etc. - Good academic record - Minimum of 4 years of work experience Additional Details N/A,
