Senior ServiceNow Programmer Analyst Focus on Asset Management & Integrations

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Programmer Analyst to support the Custom Apps and Solutions team. This is a hands-on development role, best suited for someone comfortable taking designs and turning them into scalable, supportable implementations. Youll collaborate closely with the project lead and be expected to bring ideas to the table, provide technical input, and contribute to shaping solid, maintainable solutions.

This role focuses on building and enhancing ServiceNow capabilities around IT Asset Management, core ITSM modules, and platform integrations. You’ll work in an environment that values practical solutions, clean execution, and thoughtful collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain functionality across ServiceNow modules, including IT Asset Management, CMDB, Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and custom-scoped apps.
• Build and support REST-based integrations
• Develop user experiences and workflows using Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, Service Portal, and Now Experience UI components.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to discussions that help refine implementation details and platform direction.
• Support instance upgrades, data quality efforts, and platform configuration management.
• Contribute to documentation, test planning, and operational support as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Asset Management in any of the following areas: ITAM, HAM, EAM, or SAM.
• Experience developing with ServiceNow REST APIs and integrating with third-party systems.
• Familiarity with scoped application development and custom business logic.
• Ability to execute clean, maintainable solutions based on provided architecture and functional specs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA or CAD.
• Practical understanding of ITIL-based service delivery.
• Experience with Service Portal and custom UI components.
