Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design and development of scalable solutions within the Employee Workflows DemoHub Area. This role is ideal for professionals with 6 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development who are passionate about transforming employee experiences through automation, integration, and intelligent workflows on the ServiceNow platform.You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact solutions that streamline HR, Legal, and Workplace services, while collaborating closely with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders.

What you get to do in this role:

• Architect and develop applications, modules, and integrations within the Employee Workflows suite on ServiceNow
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver robust, scalable solutions Implement and optimize workflows across HR Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery, and Employee Center
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server technologies
• Leverage ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Jelly, HTML, and CSS to build dynamic and responsive interfaces
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues, ensuring performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
• Contribute to platform governance, code reviews, and best practice adoption

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations, particularly in Employee Workflows Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities .
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools and scripting languages
• Experience with ServiceNow integration methods and third-party system connectivity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders .
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD
• Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
• Experience with any of the modern UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue
• Analytical and design skills
