Senior ServiceNow Consultant

As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant at NTT DATA, your role will involve supporting the implementation and integration of various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Integrations, and CMDB. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, Integrations, and CMDB. - Working on ServiceNow Platform Upgrades and Cloning. - Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and offer technical guidance. - Developing and configuring ServiceNow components, including workflows, scripts, and integrations. - Conducting testing and validation of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they align with business requirements. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow modules, providing timely support to clients. - Creating and maintaining technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow. - Staying updated with ServiceNow updates and best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 3 years in a technical consulting role. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and integration technologies like REST, SOAP, and APIs. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or similar certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: - Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python. - Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
