Position: Senior Service Engineer

About the Role:

Sikora India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Service Engineer with strong expertise in Electrical and Electronics systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in component-level repairs, a solid understanding of industrial communication protocols, and the ability to work independently in field service environments. This role requires excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with a willingness to travel extensively across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical and electronic equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hardware at the electronic component level.
• Conduct service visits, remote support, and customer training.
• Work with and understand industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, CAN, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Prepare detailed and accurate service reports and documentation in English.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 -8 years of proven experience in electrical/electronic maintenance or service engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronic components.
• Proficiency in component-level troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50% of the time across India for service assignments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
