Senior Server Engineer (Azure & VMWare)

We are looking for an experienced engineer to manage and optimize our hybrid cloud infrastructure, combining Microsoft Azure and VMware platforms. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments, administering VMware vSphere/ESXi for uptime and performance, deploying and integrating SaaS and PaaS solutions, monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure performance, and ensuring security, compliance, and backup/DR readiness. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments. - Administer VMware vSphere/ESXi, ensuring uptime and performance. - Deploy, configure, and integrate SaaS and PaaS solutions (Azure SQL, App Services, Functions, etc.). - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure performance. - Ensure security, compliance, and backup/DR readiness. Required Qualifications: - 5+ years in IT infrastructure operations (Azure + VMware). - Strong knowledge of Azure networking, hybrid connectivity, and automation tools. - Hands-on experience with security best practices and ITIL processes. - Certifications in Azure and/or VMware preferred. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Shift Timings: 6 PM IST - 3 AM IST (US Hours),
